# \[known issue\] Dungeon & Treasure Hunt Hard-Locked

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
As a Level 208 player, I expected the **Dungeon** and **Treasure Hunt** to be unlocked via the Library system (Milestones 36 and 190). Instead, both features are hard-locked with a “Requires World Quest Completion” error message, even though all prerequisites have been met.
1. The Dungeon and Treasure Hunt say they require a World Quest.
2. The “World Quest” menu in the Games tab is completely empty.
3. I have already finished the main questlines for Drifting Sands, Suncrest, and Shentang.
4. The Library shows my level 36 milestone as “Collected,” but the feature did not unlock.
I clicked whatever I thought of, restarted client, phone, settings, assets, nothing budged.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
It never unlocked, and it keeps not being unlocked. I thought progressing further on the map would help, but it remains. I’m missing out on resources every day.
**Steps to make it happen again**
1. Open the “Games” menu from the World Map.
2. Attempt to select “Dungeon” or “Treasure Hunt.”
3. Observe the “Requires World Quest Completion” error.
4. Click the “World Quest” button at the bottom of the menu; observe that the menu is empty with no available quests.
5. Check the **Library** ; observe that the Level 36 reward is marked as claimed but the mode remains locked.

There is a known issue at the moment we have a fix on the way for, as World Quest data is blocking players from unlocking game modes - which should have been removed in 9.1

Not being able to play treasure hunt is a blessing in disguise trust me
Dungeon however should be done every day asap so thats cheeks
