# \[Known Issue\] Campaign reset after ban glitch

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
After being reinstated after banned for hacking bug. Completed this week’s campaign tasks, which should put me at level 700. Artifact only shows 600 and rewards are only up to level shown.

**Steps to make it happen again**
