# \[Known Issue\] Banned for NO reason or using the troop u guys made

pc steam and andriod

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
just BANNED FOR HACKING which i did not do  
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
as soon as i log in the banner comes up  
**Steps to make it happen again**  
easy just log in

I just got my ban this morning also for using the Kris Kringle troop a few days ago. I stopped as soon as I heard this problem existed but apparently that wasn’t good enough. ☹
