# \[Known issue\] A problem with the game freezing

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Last week I encountered a problem with the game freezing. I didn’t take screenshots or videos, I hoped it was a one-time incident. It’s happened three or four times already. I decided to make a bug report. The game just freezes and nothing can be done.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It’s difficult to say. About week ago. You should to look at the logs.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Most often this happens in PVP. Although once the game froze in E12.
