With the [upcoming changes to Support](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/upcoming-changes-support/87872) here on the forums, I want to make space here to call out the excellent communication from @Jeto over the past few months. I am hoping this thread can allow others to comment on the positives they have seen as well, both as a way to celebrate Jeto’s presence here and provide feedback for what we as a community hope to see continued following this transition. Over the past 7 years here on the forums, I’ve personally seen a lot of ups and downs in staff communication and presence. The past few months have been some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Jeto has gone above and beyond in a number of ways, but here are a couple of the ones I’ve noticed personally! **Down-to-Earth Communication** For what felt like a very long time, we forum-dwellers would frequently get brief, vague, PR-speak responses to concerns. Jeto’s clear (and often wonderfully detailed) responses are so incredibly beneficial for the community here. Even when we don’t like the answer we are given, having an explanation and being able to see the passion for the game helps us feel more excited and passionate about this wonderful game too! Jeto’s also been able to do less PR-speak (while maintaining professionalism), which I can only imagine can be very difficult when we get a little too upset about a match-3 puzzle game. Jeto’s communication feels real and genuine, and I think that has contributed a lot to the more cheerful vibe around here lately. **Increased Visibility** I mean this in two ways - both Jeto’s active, visible presence on the forums, and the increased transparency for future plans. Jeto frequently talks about planned changes, QoL tweaks, and even future updates or general release dates at times. There was a time on the forum where we had zero idea where the Gems of War ship was headed. While we understandably don’t have much detail on future updates, we have general ideas, and we are much more aware of planned QoL updates than we were in the past. The recent community survey was really great for showing this too! Would love to hear what you’ve seen from Jeto too! 🥳 ---

I would add attention to detail, intelligence, drive ro resolve issues (vs. kick the can down the road) and a strong knowledge of the player community and the game. IP2/505 is extremely fortunate to have such a great employee! We ❤ @Jeto! ---

This is an absolute joke and is no way the general opinion of the Gems of War community. So many people getting banned for absolutely petty things . If anything this person has ruined the community. ---
