Is the second PvP Legendary, The Slime Dragon, available from Event Keys this week?
Or will we have to wait longer for these to make the key pools?

Nope, locked only to the Soulforge. That really really long Legendary Troop rotation…
The PvP troops being restricted to the Soulforge makes no sense in its current iteration.
