Just curious if the console (PS4) version of Famine is still available, still able to obtain it? I’ve used soooo many VIP gems and glory to try and find him, just can’t!!

The week of a mythic’s release that mythic is the only mythic in chests. After the week is finished all mythics are available again.

No, Abynissia is the only mythic troop available this week, starting tomorrow or the weekend, all mythic troops will be available in the chests again.
