It was 4 weeks since that rare was created. Is it in chests tonight? I spent 1,000 gold keys without one. I wanted to see if anyone had gotten any. ---

You sort of just proved the stats are right. The drop rate for this particular troop is so low that 1,000 keys is only about an 80% chance. If you think that sounds like a safe bet I invite you to try a Pokemon playthrough with all 85% accuracy moves. 1 in 5 chance of failure hits more common than you’d think. Bumping it up to 2,000 keys gives you 97% probability, which is where I start to believe in “safe bets”.
