# Invite code problems

I was trying to add a friend to my guild and when I enter the invite code it says don’t exist. The code is KATISAAC5517\_KUBG. Any help will be appreciated thank you.

Just get them to say anything in global chat and invite that way.

If it is still not fixed, please let us know @dreher73 but sometimes it just needs a refresh to then type the name in 🙂
