# \[Investigating\] Visual Glitch - preview for delve rooms

**Platform, device version and operating system:** Android, Samsung Galaxy S22

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Occasionally the aspect ratio for troops in delve room previews gets altered, creating black boxes.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Not very often, this is the only messed up one in my current delve.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Not sure - it’s possible that the Void Portal preview is always messed up - will confirm

Just did another deep delve and the preview for the void portal looked fine. Not sure what is causing this glitch to happen occasionally
