# \[investigating\] Pvp ladder rewards

I typically hold my pvp ladder rewards over to the following week. Which has a 1k vp in it. I didn’t see the 1k being added to my ladder vp. I forgot to check if it was added to either the season or the alliance screen. After grabbing the mail the ss was the same I went out of pvp and back same. I also restarted the game and vp number didn’t change.

This is a known issue, I’ll have a look at your account and confirm they are missing and get them to you

For anyone else, in future, please submit a ticket if you are missing rewards.

Oh, sorry I misread this ~~ known issue is not getting your ladder rewards at all  
VP not being visually added, is also a weird known issue.. but (sorry for the edits, getting a lot of live information)

VP from your mail, intentionally is not added to your weekly total, only your Season total - which I can see has happened in your account data

If you aren’t seeing it in your total VP, lemme know @Cooookie
