# \[Investigating\] Powder room doesn't award lantern

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
_Found the powder room in undedspire. Opened it and got the splash screen indicating +1 lantern_….except no lantern recieved

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_First time seeing this and since we only get one a week I cant test it_

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Open powder room and get nothing.._

On Xbox, I got 4 torches from a Powder room that did get added properly. Wasn’t awarded a lantern, so couldn’t check that.
