iPadOS 18.3.2

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
Dugall Ramhorn - troop image appears with starry overlay, Instead image disappeared and only overlay showing now.
Stone Troll - graphics for troop and spell not showing since appearing in store.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
Dugall Ramhorn - on 7 Apr 2025 after upgrading to Starry Level 1
Stone Troll - since troop appeared in store 14 Apr 2025
**Steps to make it happen again**
Dugall Ramhorn - upgrade Starry Level to 1
Steam Troll - did nothing, Just appearing in shop with missing graphics
I have tried deleting the App, reinstalling and downloading assets again. Problem still present

And do you have Download all assets on or off, in the game settings?

@Jeto I am also experiencing the same issue on the same troops and have downloaded all assets. I also fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game. iPhone 13, iOS 18.4, Tyler\_GYFA
Additional commentary:
I have this issue on the following troops.
Dugall Ramhorn - has not been elite levelled
Scoria Giant-born
Seaborn knight
Steam Troll
Possessed Teddy
It’s also worth noting a user shouldn’t have to do the major inconvenience of fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game as frequently as they seem to need to for Gems of War.

I also have the same issue as the other posters, tried uninstalling, reinstalling with download all assets to no avail. Posted teddy has no graphics, some other (Chrysantherax for example) has troop art but doesn’t show it on the battle loading screen.

I’ve noticed all the troops added recently lose their art on the battle loading screen. They have it initially, but then they all go black then sometimes white. The art works in battle though.
But the only troop i have that doesn’t show artwork at all is murk, lurk and dirk, though their spell-ready art does work. Android.

This should be resolved in 8.5 at this stageeeee 🤞 normally we just push out a new ios art build, but we aren’t able to for this instance
