# \[Investigating\] Lock and can't match gems

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
\_Playing PVP \_

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
For weeks and weeks we are asking to fix bugs (Lock and can’t move or match any gem) and these things still in the game.

Please focus on fixing bugs and playable before adding things that players don’t want. This is unacceptable.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Play PVP
