# \[Investigating\] Game Won't Load

_I was trying to load the game, but just hang on the loading assets screen_
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
_began at weekly reset. still ongoing_
**Steps to make it happen again**
_close game, open game_

Same, restarted everything but still hangs when “Loading assetts”
Progress bar gets further on mobile but stilkl doesn’t load
PC Win10 x64 19041.630
