PC / Android.
The game crashes during battles - PvP Citadel, Journey.
And, obviously, sigils are lost!!!
Also, the game requires multiple starts before during loading screen it crashes and returns to desktop!!!

- Are you getting any error messages?
- When exactly in the battle does it happen?
- What troops are you using?
- What happens right before it crashes?
- etc…
As much information as possible, as just being told the game is crashing is not enough to investigate any cause.

No error messages
Before battle starts or during battles, not at the beginnings.
Journey Event: Ogress, Hero, Onyx Giant, Scoria.
PvP: various troops for various restrictions, I can’t tell you more regarding that.
Just before crashes, there were free actions, like explosions, mana stars.
I do not have videos.
Regarding the start of the game itself, crashes during loading. Sometimes requires 3-6 attempts to start the game.

What’s the exact device you are using?
You mention PC/Android.. are you playing across both and it happens on both?

I use both - Android (Oppo) and PC (obviously, not at the same time).
Android more often.

Ideally a video is going to be the best way to see what is happening.
Especially if it’s the same on your phone as it happens on your PC.
Have you gone through any troubleshooting already before posting? Like reinstalling, clearing cache, validating steam files etc.

On Xbox same issues signing in , if I wait a few seconds before pressing a button at title screen, it usually loads, but not always. I have to quit the game to sign in on another profile. Yesterday in PvP game froze after I matched the five red and sent
me to Xbox dashboard, I could only get screenshot
resulting in my only loss so far this week =\
