# Internal error and then account un-linked

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
Won an arena match, expected the “Victory” message. Received “internal error” instead. I exited the game, reopened the game, and then my account was no longer linked. I was able to re-link my account successfully from my Kindle Fire.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Just happened once so far. I didn’t see a previous post about the internal error and then the account un-linking. Just wanted to bring it to the Dev’s attention.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Only happened once so far. If it happens again, I’ll update this post.

Exact same thing happened to me, but not in arena, just after a normal match. Have not yet tried to re-link account

Same thing happened to me.My hero is 50+ level,but now i am leve 1.How i find my data?
