# Incorrect profile showing when Name or Avatar clicked on

**Platform, device version and operating system**  
PC [Windows 10] and iOS on iPad and iPhone.

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
Instead of showing my actual profile, it’s showing a temporary account I made when trying to regain access to my current account back when I switched devices and lost access. The temporary account is no longer in use, but still shows up when I click my current avatar or name.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
This is continuous. I have had guild members notify me of this as well. It’s been happening ever since I regained control of my account.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Click on my avatar and/or username in ANY area of the game, and it happens.

My invite code is WOLFFE\_1, and I assume this is where the problem lies; I think the temp account still shares this code, and is not allowing my profile to display correctly. I need help from the almighty Devs to fix this~! D=

Wondering if there may be any chance of resolution?

Sorry to seem impatient, just wondering if it’s something that can be fixed or if it’s something I will just have to shrug off and deal with, that’s all 🙂
