# Incorrect Arena Rewards

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Arena generates a discounted shop offer for winning a whole run (6 fights). It’s the main reward for running Arena, introduced as part of the last Arena rework, the other rewards are just minor stuffing. The offer is tailored for player needs, it looks at the player account and offers something that helps the player to get past blocked kingdom power level tasks.

The offer algorithm is broken for high level accounts, it often generates offers that are entirely useless for the player. In the screenshots above, no amount of event keys and no amount of ingots will help the player reach power level 24, the blockers are troop elite levels (requiring medals) and weapons (requiring weapons).

This issue was supposed to have been fixed with update 6.5, middle of last year:

These changes never happened. There was supposed to be a minor delay of a few days, then we never heard back again, no matter how often we asked about the status.

This bug is causing players to get cheated out of their main Arena reward, wasting the Arena participation fee and time investment. The reward is limited to 3 each day, receiving a broken offer not only trashes the current run, it also consumes one of the 3 charges.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Ever since the Arena rework that introduced the discounted shop offer as main reward.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Complete Arena runs on accounts blocked by at least one high level kingdom power task.
