Literally what i want to say is title…  
(but it can be Boss too! boss/monster or mythic)

More bigger than behemoth and powerful like megavore

with good trait feel like real monster… Like godzilla inspire maybe?

Nice Idea. I just wish the game had a tad more respect for its player base.
