It’s a freemium game. That means, you can do everything anyone else can do, without paying. It’s just going to be harder. That doesn’t make it P2W. A P2W game gates certain content **ONLY** behind a pay wall. Paying players have an appreciable advantage that is not attainable, in any way, without paying.

That’s simply not what’s happening here, and you’re miscategorizing it.

Im just saying you can buy a win with real money. Is that not literally paying to win? They let you buy a win

well, 1 win at arena gives you less gold than you invested into playing an arena…  
it might technicaly be a win, but without another 2-3 wins, you’re still not gaining anything…you’re losing

This is a bill that was in the house, it was put on hold due to covid and other things.

Section 7 covers pay to win and its definition. I cannot wait till these laws start.
