**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?** Used to be that every level I would be able to upgrade gem mastery. Ive gained like ten levels with no option to increase any gem Mastery. **What are the steps to make it happen again?** ? **Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem? Attach them to your post!** Don’t have any screenshots as the Gem Mastery upgrade screen never appears ---

Actually it might be more closer to 20 levels. I think that it might have started after I reach level 1000. You might have to search my stats to make sure ---

You don’t gain mastery anymore after reaching 1000, sadly. It was said months ago that the cap would be raised to 1500, but it never happened. ☹ We all suffer from uneven masteries. Enjoy your extra stuff you get in the mail now, though, and congrats on reaching level 1000+! ---

Console players still gain mastery after level 1000… ---

Why do console players have that advantage? Do they pay or something? ---

What is your gem mastery percentage? Is it over 63%? ---

64%, all but one. I forget the exact cut off, but 441 gives 64% but 432 gives 63%. There was a time a year ago console % topped at around 75%. ---

All are 59% except for green which is 60%. Been that way for what seems like ages now
