# I changed my phone and my other account gone

hi there i lost my other phone and after i installed again game will begin from level 1 ( i was 104 level in my other account) Connect with google account did not help me. How can i recover my old account.  
i was VIP 1.My order number is GPA.3305-5181-3117-03686. im very glad if you help me . Thank you.

You’re going to need to submit a support ticket on that, I think. You can do so from here:

The support desk is located in Australia, so it will be another 8 hours or so before you can expect any kind of human response.
