# I am missing a Troop i Purchased

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
To get the troop i purchased

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

1. Went to the shop.
2. Clicked on Rewards.  
3… Clicked on the Troop worth 80 glory.
3. i purchased the troop.

But the troop is not in my troops list and i want my troop or a refund
