How do I restore my account? I tried to link my game to my mobile device and now I am back to level 1. ☹ ---

You can only link your account to your mobile device if it originated from PC. If it’s PSN, XBox Live or Nintendo, it can’t be done. ---

Did you register your account with an email address? It’s the sure fire way to recover your old account. ---

Yes, it asks for the email and a password. I forgot the password. When I click on reset password, the page does not work. I get an error. ---

Hello, I put in a support ticket and they tell me I must press Shift + 6 to clear the wrong account. However, after attempting this dozens of times, it does not work. Is there a way for a dev to fix my account? I desperate. I’m afraid I’ll be booted from my guild for inactivity. ---
