# How are people liking this week's GW so far?

The few times I’ve looked at the Galaxy Hub for Gems of War when discussions like this have come up, the player count has also been decreasing. I don’t recall looking at it after PvP alliances were released, so there may have been a similar increase to what we’ve seen on Steam.

Naturally this only accounts for Samsung Galaxy players.

EDIT: I found my [post about this from last year](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/the-main-problem-in-the-game-more-and-more-people-are-leaving-impossible-to-recruit/84397/44). We actually have 1.5x the players compared to ~November 2023 to June 2024.
