Request a higher level requirement filter on the Guild Admin screen, i.g. 250, 500, 1000.

Yes please! Leaving the door open is the only way to get people into the guild without annoyingly advertising on every bit of social media available and the requirement of being level 100 is a bit low when most people in the guild are 1000+ . Sure you can always kick people but that gets old and seems mean. Being able to up the level requirement would be a better solution.
