None of them. Umberwolf (Ghulvania legendary) has that as its third trait.

Classes with shadow tree can create a darkstorm at the start of the battle  
Assassin, necromancer, orbweaver, sorcerer, and thief

Necromancer, Orbweaver, Sorceror, and Thief are other classes that can start the match with a Darkstorm. However, only Umberwolf has the permanent-Darkstorm ability.
