# Having Trouble with a Battle

I haven’t really had too much trouble up until now, but now I’m having trouble with a battle in Silverglade. Here’s a screenshot of the lineup:

No matter what I do, Faunessa seems to replenish all the damage I do, and then some. I got lucky and killed 3 of them once, but that’s the best I’ve done. Can anyone give me some pointers on what to do?

it becomes a case of what other troops do you have? may just need a different hero class to make it easier

Okay, some general tactics (and example troops) you can try:

Disrupting Faunessa’s casts:

- Mana Drain – Manticore, Blind Guardian, Nyx, etc.
- Silence _(requires Curse or Stun first)_ – DRACOS-1337

Nerfing Faunessa’s heals:

- Web – almost any Spider or Elf from Zhul’Kari will do
- Eliminate/Steal Magic stat
- Illithian Colossus, Cyrene, Keghammer, Null Sphere, etc.

Killing Faunessa quickly:

- “Eliminate all armor” or True Damage – Rope Dart, Skeleton Knight, Tigraki Warrior, etc.
- Bonus damage by Mana Color – Finesse (Yellow), Cunning (Purple), Bane Jaw (Purple), etc
- Bonus damage by Troop Type – Fel’Dras (Mystic)

Thanks for the tips! I hadn’t thought of web. I switched out Moon Mage for Frostling and won finally.
