Steam generally gets updates whenever there’s a new event. So it will update fairly often.

We haven’t touched the AI recently, as we’ve been too busy with server migrations and development on Guild Wars. Having said that, we may tweak it in the future, but if we do it will likely be in a major patch update and we will make you aware of it.
