# Had to enter PVP again to get daily/weekly reset to pop

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**

I was expecting to enter the game and see the daily reset. Instead the game appeared just like it normally does (doing nothing) until I hit PVP. I’m on iOS.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

I will check again tomorrow and see if it happens again.

As far as I know, if you leave GoW open on iOS as last app before you go to bed, then open that again in the morning (after the daily reset), there is still a chance the daily reset won’t trigger, as the app merely wakes from sleep instead of having to go through the loading screen.

It is annoying, agreed.

I don’t leave it open though.

And it worked like normal this morning.
