# GW rewards not obtained

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**

Day 6 GW seems to be still open for Black Dragon guild. So we didn’t receive our GW rewards. We are recruited for next GW (but none of us has done it). Some of our members have been reset, while other still shows last week points

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

Just watch our GW status

I recall that last week it took about 45-50 minutes for the Guild Wars stuff to process and resolve. Give it another half hour.
