My thing is all you gotta say is: Here are the reqs I want X done by Y I think a more reasonable diagnosis is where are they at Saturday night. ---

One of my previous guilds just established its own cut-off so that the guild leader didn’t have to be conscious right at rollover. The guild leader would track everyone’s cumulative contributions at the same time every Monday morning and calculate the weekly progress themselves. It was a bit more work, or course, but as guild leader, you can make your own rules! ---
