The game server tends to lose track of guilds in GW, see also [[Reported] Guild Wars loses track of matched guilds](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-guild-wars-loses-track-of-matched-guilds/87435). I guess this also bleeds into achievements. At the point you checked it was comparing entirely different guilds, incorrectly thinking you had lost, so you didn’t qualify.
