We still have that problem. I have submitted a ticket, but I suppose that the team has millions of them right now.  
I am afraid we are unable to recruit right now, because even if someone leaves we will still be 30.  
And we have to recruit before GW starts Tuesday.

This issue could have been caused by account linking if it happened recently with Jraijin. If you can get me the ticket number I’ll pass it on.
