I understand that [Lairs](http://community.gemsofwar.com/t/nimhains-lair-june-12th/25493) and [Web Redesign](http://community.gemsofwar.com/t/web-redesign-suggestion/25362/13) are the most pressing issues,

but could we get an official response on the matter of GW Ranks?

Like _“we know about the issue and working on it”,_ please?
