# Guild member not showing

Hi, someone just joined our guild but he is not showing, it says 30/30 members but we can only see 29 members.

sometimes, you have to exit the game and restart to get updated info in guild. as a minimum you may have to leave the guild area completely and then re-enter it. i found this true after i donated gold, it wouldnt show until i left to the main map screen and back into guild area.

Restarted the game, swapped devices, still 1 member missing and saying 30/30

Still stuck with my bug. Any help from the supports? I would like to use our 30th slot for an actual player
