Uninstall a game on xbox change nothing it’s not a fix ---

on ps4 it works perfectly, I was about to give up until I did it. ---

That really doesn’t make much sense, Xbox One or otherwise. It works perfectly well 90% of the time. It just periodically fails. If the problem was with Xbox it would fail consistently, not every once in a while. If there is a new release of the software, as in 3.5 it program will reload, as in fact it did. Also, if a router problem it would tend to just get worse and until rebooted. This doesn’t happen that way. It goes bad and then 15-30 mins it is often good again. Router problems come from things like the cache jamming up. What does make sense is that the Xbox One/GoW servers are getting overloaded at times, they might need to be rebooted to clean their cache.
