**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?** I expected that I wouldn’t somehow at the start of new season get all the rewards up to tier 1 without a single battle. 46 glory keys and other things. Now I am still gaining points and tiers and looks like I will be able to get all those tier rewards again. Thanks, sure, but this is still an issue to be fixed. **What are the steps to make it happen again?** Log in at the start of new season. ---

Hi, We’ve discovered that some players’ PVP results haven’t reset correctly with the new event, which is why you received all your Tier rewards. ---

Greetings, Nimhain! Some people get all rewards without any battles, but I (and maybe some other people, I don’t know) don’t get any rewards even when I rank up. I suppose this is the same problem, but I want my glory keys. Please, fix that if you can. ---

Thanks for reply, but… I logged in several times but still no tier rewards. Maybe that’s because I’m not actually SirProfessor in Gems of War.
