# Glory bundle dropping venerback not valor

So I submitted a ticket that is currently being “processed” been on this status since I reported this 5 hrs ago. Is this normal? I have been fortunate enough to not have to submit a ticket before.

I don’t think they have 24hr support, and I think they are either in the US or UK. And they probably have a lot they have to fix.

Yeah expect a reply @Uncareful in about 8-9hours. I think they had way to much traffic on there website today. Site kept crashing for me but is fine now.
