# Glitched diamonds

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
i was expecting 10 gem chests but it errored and told me service was unavailable but still took my 95 gems but no cards ☹☹  
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
don’t know it told me service was unavailable first time I seen it happen…

Are you certain you don’t have any new troops? Sometimes the game bugs out in the display like that, but you actually do get troops just without notification.
