# Glitch on rewards screen in PvP

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**

Upon achieving ranks 7, 6 & 5 today in PvP I hit the rewards button. Instead of receiving what would be 12 keys total from each rank up plus the other rewards I only received the rewards from successful/failed defenses. This happened on each rank.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

Rank up while having a defense?

Update: attaining ranks 4-1 I was not attacked but I did receive the rewards

You can contact support to get the missing rank rewards resolved I believe.
