Foolish me spent a total of 1200 gems to finish on Friday, but never again. Going forward, I’m only going for the first 2 bosses. I will use my lantern on the second boss for 2 imperial deeds and 2 EVKs, plus the first boss gives 100 writs and a lesser orb of glory. That’s not too shabby considering that getting to boss 2 will be doable for free most of the time, or at worst a small gem expenditure. ---

Does anybody know if there is a maximum to rooms per area? I’m 26 rooms into section 4 (and thanks to a veeery long corridor, I had to “enjoy” almost all of them), and I’d like to know if I should even think about dumping another 100 or even 250 onto that trash. ---

Well, the thing is I could either keep following that corridor, that is 20 spaces from the starting point of the area, or I got one other unexplored path left, that branches off two rooms from the start. That both sounds horribly unlikely to reach a boss within the 10 torches, I could still get. ---

Like I said, no hope to get the boss with just 10 more torches in the shop. The bottom road is leading nowhere, and the one on top is too close to the start to have the boss within range. ---

yeah… you wouldn’t be able to guarantee that in 15 torches. that long corridor really shouldnt be a thing. its so dumb. (Its not even there) ---

I won’t be (fully) playing this again. f2p boss2 as a goal as x2 reward, if it seems like a really promising run maybe some minimal weekend investment to boss4 with x2 reward instead of boss2, but that is highly questionable and also depends on if there’s a awesome player team possible and if I have the time and motivation for the additional chores in the first place next to all stuff that has been added in the past and will be added in the future. Sadly again someone (only saw dollar signs and) thought putting in the rng factor that noone likes can be described as “fun”. ---

I love the gameplay of the under spire mode. It’s what explore should have been. The monetization ruins it. ---

If you’re trying to show an example, you win lmao. I feel bad its costing you lanterns though. What level are the enemies at that point? If you’re actually trying to beat it, its not down that long path. any of it. ---

Currently they’re between 200 and 210. My guildmate has literally cleared his entire map, and he only has 123 rooms TOTAL.
