I am a new player,i buy PVP PREMIUM SEASON PASS 14.99 i won the game 152,000 gold cup or reguired 11.1.2026. to day 12.1.2026 totally lost everything.why ???

Today is the first day of a new pvp season. VP resets to ZERO each season. Yes this is awful. Yes the devs need to fix this and yes it is a driving force to people leaving the game but they seem to prefer to cover their eyes and stick their fingers in their ears and ignore the evidence
