Yeah, I really like my Kindle Fire HD. Would be nice to have GoW on it. It was one of the 1st apps I looked for. My old Nook from years ago has access to, and can play, GoW … but my newer Kindle Fire HD can’t? Doesn’t make sense. ---

I bought a Kindle Fire in the Amazon sale for £29.00 yesterday. Got it today. Downloaded 4 APK files via Amazon Silk browser and ES file manager. Installed to load Google Play. Downloaded and linked my account and now I am playing GOW on my new little 7" fire. Yay. Much easier to sling in my handbag than the iPad Air 2. If anyone wants a link to the ‘how to’ site I used you can pm me 😄 ---

there is a step by step instructions [https://www.xda-developers.com/](https://www.xda-developers.com/) to convert a kindle fire into a regular tablet that can play GOW. I know we’ve done it to all of ours. ---

You have to do a search on their site. My hubby ises it and wasnt where he could send the direct link. Sorry for the unclarity there. When God takes something from you, he is freeing your hands for something better. ---

I followed the instructions here (https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/get-google-play-on-fire-tablet) to add google play to my Kindle Fire HD 8 (7th edition) and then installed GOW. When I opened GOW it prompted me to install the latest version of Google Play Games. After that I got into GOW, linked my accounts and I was good to go. Seems to be working fine.
