Xbox Series X

**Screenshot or image:**

Gems of War keeps freezing during battles, when collecting rewards, and especially during Pet Rescues. I could only finish two battles during Shadow-Hunter’s Hawk Pet Rescue. I could only finish four battles in the Feyrie Pet Rescue.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
This happens during the Pet Rescue battles, after the battles, when collecting rewards, etc.

**Steps to make it happen again**
This happens constantly.
