From stream, 4.3.5 features:
_Settings Menu Rework_
– Settings menu has been streamlined. Choices on menu items are now dropdowns, menus can be scrolled through vertically.
– Account and Help tabs have have received a lot of love. Account recovery/linking and support options are now _much_ easier to access.
– Links to the Help Center, social media platforms, and Twitch stream are now on the Help tab.
– Support tickets can be created in-game.
_PvP_
– Entering the Settings screen in a PvP match, will bring up a match status screen, giving various stats on both teams (ex: masteries) as well as the amount of resources (gold/maps, etc) currently possessed on either team.
_Misc_
Various unnamed buffs to troops.
Update will be alive tomorrow (accidentally live on XBox now).
Full patch notes (including balance changes) will posted to the forums tomorrow.
