Hey all – it’s the CS team here chiming in. We are indeed still working through this with our developer to see why this is occurring for some of you. We’ve been unable to reproduce the problem, which makes a solution difficult to pinpoint, but we’re continuing to try. Thanks for your patience!

Is it just the Gems shop or also the Bundles shop? I have seen this happen once when I first log in but then I came back later, after playing for a bit, it was populated.

@Foresti yes just the gems. The bundles also do disappear but get repopulated but only the bundles and not the gems.
