# Game stuck at loading

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
I was expecting to be able to click on tribute and get my gems

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
reboot the phone and start GoW again

It happened right after reset. I’ve rebooted my phone at least 6 times and got the latest on steam too with the same results. Tributes are important after the gem nerf. Any down time costs me gems.

Got word from a guild mate, the fix is in. I can play again, just under hour for the fix. Great turn around time, although it still cost me a tribute.
