# Game shuts down in pet troop menu

Xbox One

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
After selecting the order of rarity or amount in the pets troop menu if you press RT to scroll down the game instantly locks up then you get reverted back to your xbox home screen.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Happens every time.
